About the Role

We're seeking a talented and driven Healthcare Partnerships Manager who excels in ambiguity, builds lasting relationships, and develops repeatable processes that drive success. You'll create, test, and scale playbooks that align partner goals with outcomes, ensuring we succeed in our mission to make mental healthcare accessible to all. With a strong track record in outbound healthcare sales or business development, you'll join a fast-growing team with unparalleled opportunities to make a difference in the world while honing your entrepreneurial skills.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in outbound sales, account management, or business development in the healthcare industry, with a proven track record of top 25% performance
  • 3+ years of self-sourcing at least 50% of deals through outbound channels, including cold calling
  • Experience selling clinical solutions that require ongoing customer relationships, directly to providers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with various buyers in healthcare and health systems
  • Experience managing customer relationships and deals in a CRM tool

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in applying curiosity and experimentation to solve ambiguous problems
  • Experience taking a business from 0 to 1
  • Ability to build and scale repeatable processes for driving growth
  • Experience in both pre-sale and post-sale functions
  • Experience selling at a startup
