Executive Director, Online Investing Growth and Business Strategy - Remote Opportunity

As a key member of our Online Investing Product Strategy team, you will develop and prioritize strategies to grow our Online Investing business, leveraging your deep experience in the self-directed industry, forward-thinking approach, and strong analytical skills.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to lead our online investing growth and business strategy efforts. As an Executive Director, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our Self-Directed Investing and Automated Investing products, working closely with cross-functional partners to identify and prioritize acquisition strategies, and tracking progress to communicate to senior audiences. Your strong product and strategy background, combined with your ability to influence partners across a large, diverse organization, will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute non-marketing strategies for client acquisition across new and existing channels and sources
• Build and maintain strong internal relationships with various teams, including Marketing, WM Product, Channels, and more
• Monitor the online investing industry, customer research, and behavioral data to anticipate future shifts and trends
• Partner with enterprise lines of business to execute acquisition strategies and track progress
• Develop senior presentations and business reviews to display success

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher with 10+ years of experience in financial services, including wealth management, online brokerage, and robo-advisor industry
• Strong product and strategy background with experience influencing partners across a large, diverse organization
• Self-starter with natural curiosity for wealth management products, digital solutions, markets, and investing
• Proven success delivering business results for a self-directed business
• Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively
