Tuition Collections Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tuition Collections Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our university's tuition collection efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely processing of incoming payments, supervising tuition collections staff, and providing high-level customer service for tuition collections activity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the University tuition collection efforts and applicable reconciliations
  • Ensure all tuition collection processes are completed in a timely and efficient manner
  • Supervise tuition collections staff and ensure adherence to regulatory, University, and departmental processes
  • Provide high-level customer service for tuition collections activity
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Accounting
  • At least three (3) years of collection and student loan experience
  • Experience using MS Word, PowerPoint, and advanced knowledge of MS Excel
  • Knowledge of the current FDPCA rules
  • Supervisory experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle difficult customers in a calm and professional manner
