We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Intake Care Representative to join our team. As an Intake Care Representative, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of Guarantees of Payments, working closely with hospitals, medical providers, and individual insureds to provide exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze requests for medical treatments and hospitalizations, verifying patient coverage, provider relationships, and medical review requirements
• Monitor files from an administrative perspective, ensuring seamless communication with medical providers and individual insureds via phone and email
• Serve as the primary point of contact for hospitals regarding Guarantee of Payment inquiries
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in our internal database, translating and interpreting medical documents as needed
• Work independently and collaboratively as part of a global team, leveraging English language skills to communicate effectively with international clients and providers
