Join Our Team as a Lead Cooler Service Technician and Drive Success with Coca-Cola Beverages Florida! As a Lead Cooler Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing mechanical services on cold drink equipment at customer accounts and assisting with the coaching, training, development, and onboarding of new team members.

What You Will Do

As a Lead Cooler Service Technician, your responsibilities will include:

  • Performing mechanical services on cold drink equipment, including preventative maintenance
  • Maintaining positive customer relationships and ensuring all refrigeration equipment is in proper operating condition
  • Coaching, training, and developing new team members
  • Conducting advanced troubleshooting and serving as a subject matter expert for various equipment types
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work area and ensuring vehicle inventory levels are adequate
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High school diploma or GED and 1+ years of general technical experience
  • Prior diagnostic troubleshooting and demonstrated mechanical, technical, and electrical aptitude
  • Basic computer and analytical skills, as well as a valid driver's license and driving record within MVR policy guidelines

Preferred qualifications include refrigeration/HVAC trade or vocational certification, plumbing experience, and HVAC certification.
