Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the preparation of marketing initiatives, conducting market research, and maintaining our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database. You will work closely with business development and operations personnel to implement pursuit win strategies and produce professional proposals and oral presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the preparation of marketing initiatives from initial stage to final production and delivery
• Conduct market research, collect and analyze preliminary documentation, and plan and facilitate capture strategy meetings
• Collaborate with business development and operations personnel to implement pursuit win strategies and produce professional proposals and oral presentations
• Manage multiple projects and team efforts simultaneously in an effective and efficient manner under tight deadlines
• Ensure compliance with corporate standards for external marketing communications
• Maintain the company's CRM database
• May involve working weekends as necessary to meet pursuit deadlines

Requirements:

• BA or BS degree preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and DELTEK Vision preferred
• Familiarity with PennDOT's ECMS website preferred
• Excellent writing skills required
• Strong time management skills required
• Strong interpersonal skills required
• Ability to attend outside events when called upon

Ideal Candidate:

• 1-2 years of customer-service oriented, marketing, event promotion, or outside sales experience
• Superior interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with excellent multi-tasking skills
• Aptitude for sensing and responding to a wide range of shopping types
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Reliable transportation and ability to visit multiple stores in one day
• Demonstrate integrity, respect, and ability to develop positive relationships with management, customers, and peers
