Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Part-Time Project Manager to oversee and drive the success of key projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in project management and a proven track record of managing projects from inception to completion. This role is perfect for individuals seeking flexible working hours while still engaging in impactful projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage project plans, and timelines.
• Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Prepare and present regular project updates, reports, and documentation to stakeholders.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Promote best practices in project management methodologies and tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in offshoring/outsourcing company.
• Must have a background in financial/accounting particularly forecasting and budgeting.
• Strong knowledge of project management frameworks (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello, or Jira.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification holder is a plus.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a part-time capacity.
