Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Merchandiser to join our team in Mountain Home, AR. As a Merchandiser, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our products are properly displayed and maintained at retail outlets, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain product displays in compliance with company standards
  • Maintain appropriate product levels, shelf allocation, and cold drink equipment
  • Provide excellent customer service through daily communication, problem resolution, and follow-up
  • Maintain a clean and neat appearance, and adhere to company appearance standards
  • Utilize personal vehicle to travel between stores on assigned route, with mileage reimbursement
  • Meet customer service expectations, and maintain professional relationships with co-workers and customers
  • Train new and existing employees, and complete training checklists
  • Maintain merchandising standards, rotate products, and transport point of sale advertising and coupons
  • Report market conditions, low stock conditions, and any unsafe conditions to management

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required
  • One year of general work experience, with minimal supervision
  • Twelve months of prior Pull-Up experience with the company, with satisfactory performance appraisal
  • Valid driver's license, current vehicle liability insurance, and driving record within MVR policy guidelines
  • Ability to operate a manual/powered pallet jack, and lift/move product
  • Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
  • Ability to read, respond to common inquiries, and perform basic mathematical calculations
