As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing our summer programs across multiple locations in the US.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute program plans, including recruiting, training, and managing seasonal staff
• Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and staff management across multiple summer camp locations
• Ensure program standards are met and maintained, and provide support to site directors and staff
• Utilize ATS, Google Suite, and other tools to manage candidate pipelines and program operations
• Collaborate with the leadership team to drive business growth and improve program quality

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in summer camp management, auxiliary programs, or a related field
• Bachelor's Degree or higher
• Passion for working in EdTech and sharing new ideas
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
