Job Summary:

We're looking for a skilled and charismatic Flexologist to deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions and lead guided group stretching classes for our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring client safety, and promoting our services to drive membership sales and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver personalized assisted stretch sessions and group stretch classes to clients
• Encourage and motivate clients to achieve their flexibility and mobility goals
• Build and maintain a strong client base through excellent customer service and communication
• Ensure client safety by enforcing proper stretch techniques and studio policies
• Collaborate with our sales team to drive membership sales and retention
• Maintain a strong social media presence to promote our services and engage with clients
• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on the latest stretching techniques and industry trends

Requirements:

• Background in Kinesiology, Massage Therapy, Personal Training, Physical Therapy, Pilates, Yoga, or Dance Instruction
• Fitness certification required
• Experience working in a fitness or health environment with hands-on client training
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to create a positive and welcoming environment for clients
• Reliable, professional, and adherent to our attendance policies
• Availability to complete our comprehensive Flexologist Training Program
