We are seeking a passionate and skilled Math Instructor/Tutor to join our team at Mathnasium of Bettendorf. Job Responsibilities:

• Teach and tutor students in-center, online, and/or via hybrid delivery using the Mathnasium Method
• Collaborate with team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting
• Assess students' learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions
• Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes
• Support the maintenance of a safe and professional learning environment

Qualifications:

• Passion for math and working with students
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Eagerness to learn and be trained
• Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra I
• Ability to balance various ongoing tasks
