As a core member of our team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional one-on-one assisted stretching sessions and group stretch classes to our clients. Our team of experts, including physical therapists, chiropractors, yoga, Pilates, and dance instructors, are dedicated to providing world-class stretching sessions that empower our clients to achieve their wellness goals. As a Physical Therapy Technician, you'll be responsible for:

• Delivering one-on-one assisted stretch sessions and group stretch classes to clients
• Encouraging and motivating clients throughout stretch sessions
• Building and retaining client relationships
• Ensuring client safety and enforcing StretchLab policies and safety rules
• Attending staff meetings and required educational presentations
• Handling member concerns and assisting with sales and studio tours as needed
• Maintaining a strong social media presence to promote client engagement and retention
• Cleaning and maintaining equipment to ensure availability for client use

Requirements

• Passion for boutique fitness and wellness
• Preferred background in massage therapy, personal training, physical therapy, Pilates, yoga, or dance instruction
• Experience working in a fitness or health environment with hands-on client training
• Fitness certification required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to create a positive and welcoming environment for clients
• Professional work ethic, reliability, and adherence to attendance policies
• Availability to complete our 3-day Flexologist Training Program (compensation provided)
