Job Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Stretch Practitioner to join our team at StretchLab in Glastonbury, CT. As a leader in one-on-one assisted stretching, we are revolutionizing the fitness industry and empowering clients to live their best lives. Our team of experts is dedicated to delivering world-class stretching sessions, and we are looking for a like-minded individual to join our crew.

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one assisted stretches to clients and lead guided group stretching classes for up to 6 participants
• Motivate and encourage clients throughout their stretch sessions
• Build and retain StretchLab memberships
• Ensure client safety by applying proper stretch techniques and enforcing our policies
• Attend staff meetings and educational presentations
• Address member concerns and assist with studio tours and sales
• Maintain a strong social media presence and keep equipment clean and well-maintained

What We Offer:

• Competitive hourly pay range: $23-$26
• Commission based on sales

Requirements:

• Love of boutique fitness environment and passion for stretching, mobility, and flexibility
• Preferred background in massage therapy, personal training, physical therapy, Pilates, yoga, or dance instruction
• Experience working in a fitness/health environment with hands-on training
• Fitness certification required
• Excellent communication skills and empathy
• Ability to create a positive environment that welcomes all people
• Professional work ethic, reliability, and adherence to our attendance policies
