As a Complex Stocking Coach, you will:
- Lead and develop teams through teaching, training, and coaching, ensuring exceptional customer service and store operations
- Drive financial performance and sales growth by analyzing P&L statements, managing budgets, and implementing business solutions
- Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates, including hiring, training, and mentoring
- Coordinate and oversee job-related activities, building relationships with key stakeholders and driving results
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, supporting our mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
Minimum Qualifications
- 2 years of college or 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience
- Ability to complete all job-required trainings and assessments
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Leadership
- Experience supervising 5 or more direct reports, with responsibility for performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing
