About the Role:

As a Senior Software Engineer on our Growth Team, you'll be responsible for:

• Evaluating technology trade-offs for different product areas
• Architecting our web product for long-term sustainability
• Integrating our Design System components into all areas of the web product
• Reducing technical debt to improve product reliability and developer experiences
• Mentoring junior engineers and contributing to their growth and development

What We're Looking For:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Expertise in JavaScript and React
• A willingness to take ownership of problems and drive solutions
• Proven technical leadership experience in driving large-scale projects
• Exceptional grit and persistence in tackling complex technical challenges
• Familiarity with server-driven UI (SDUI) is a plus
