Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate the acquisition of right-of-way, easements, and other property interests on behalf of our clients
• Maintain up-to-date records of contact attempts and parcel-related data in our company database
• Perform work under moderate supervision, with frequent reviews to ensure sound techniques and principles
• Review work produced by junior staff for quality assurance
• Travel up to 50% of the time during busier periods (local and out-of-area)

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in land and right-of-way acquisition, with increasingly complex responsibilities
• Strong work ethic and commitment to quality
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, legal documents, and regulatory issues
• Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with work management tools (GIS, Google Earth)
