Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to patients, families, providers, and colleagues via phone, email, and chat
  • Prioritize service and customer experience in all interactions
  • Demonstrate strong guest-focused engagement and effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Schedule reservations for patients and families

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience or related guest-focused engagement
  • Call center experience in a fast-paced setting
  • Excellent computer and typing skills, including proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office, and Outlook
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred
  • Spanish speaking skills are a plus

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a healthcare-related service
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
