Job Description:

• Completing data entry and reconciliation tasks
• Coordinating return items with individuals, external vendors, and other organizations
• Assisting other departments with fraud resolution, member requests, and accounting general ledger reconciliation
• Processing transactions, including payments, transfers, and deposits
• Following and maintaining policies and procedures to ensure compliance with NACHA rules and regulations
• Providing exceptional customer service and support to our members

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
• Preferred: previous customer service or banking experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
