Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one home infusion nursing care visits and patient education according to the physician's plan of treatment
• Administer a wide range of infusion treatments in patients' homes
• Utilize your clinical IV experience and personal touch to help patients recover in the comfort of their own homes
• Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities using Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, and Word

Requirements:

• Current RN license in the state of New York
• Minimum one year of nursing experience with at least one year of infusion/IV experience
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver's license and car insurance
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Home healthcare experience
• CRNI certification
