Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay Range: $18.00 - $26.56 per hour, based on your skills, experience, and qualifications

Job Responsibilities

• Transcribe hematopathology and surgical pathology consultation reports from spoken dictation with high accuracy and attention to detail
• Communicate effectively with pathologists and transcriptionists to resolve dictation and reporting issues
• Monitor, update, and resolve transcription and reporting issues using internal documentation applications
• Perform data entry tasks, including CBCs and macroscopic data, with excellent typing skills and attention to detail

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Previous pathology transcription experience a plus
• Proficiency in transcription software and Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication, data entry, and typing skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
