Key Challenges

• Develop and refine analytical tools and dashboards to enhance demo creation for prospective customers
• Fine-tune AI models to deliver relevant and impactful results for each prospect's unique needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to secure deals with prominent e-commerce brands
• Perform data exploration to inform product improvements and drive business innovation
• Foster a culture of empathy, personal growth, and community within our team

Requirements

• Proficiency in BI tooling, data analysis, and dashboard creation for technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate business asks into technical language and vice versa
• Strong SQL skills (any variant) and experience with exploratory data analysis using Python (pandas, NumPy, data visualization libraries)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work under deadlines
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience or relevant academic experience
• English proficiency at C1 level (CEFR) or higher
• Availability to work between 7 am and 3 pm Pacific Time to support our US-based sales team
