As an Associate Banker, you will be the face of our brand, providing education, advice, and tailored solutions to meet our customers' financial needs. You will engage with clients, manage everyday transactions, and introduce them to our licensed bankers. Your passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, combined with your knowledge of banking products and services, will make you a valuable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and engage clients, managing lobby traffic and scheduling meetings
• Assist with everyday transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, and payments
• Educate clients on technology self-service options, including mobile banking and online services
• Support new account openings and branch operations, including cash handling and vault management

Requirements:

• 6+ months of customer service experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to make personal connections, engage customers, and remain courteous and professional
• Professional, interpersonal, thorough, detailed-oriented, and organized with follow-up skills
• Strong desire and ability to influence, educate, and connect customers to technology
• Cash handling experience
