A Day in the Life of a Part-Time Weekend & Night Shift Service Dispatcher

• Answer after-hours phone calls and respond to customer needs via email
• Schedule appointments with customers and maintain an organized system
• Document and record correct services, and keep track of account changes
• Assist with miscellaneous office duties as needed

Qualifications

• Customer service experience
• Excellent phone skills, including fielding inbound and outbound customer and technician calls

Work Schedule: This part-time position typically works from 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM on weekdays and from 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM on weekends, with flexibility and multiple shifts available.
