About the Role:

• Position: Product Manager, Developer Platform
• Location: US - Remote Eligible (with occasional office visits or offsites)
• Company: Airbnb
• Compensation: Competitive salary ($192,000 - $235,000 USD) plus bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits

Your Mission:

As a Product Manager on our Developer Platform Team, you will:

• Establish a vision for a world-class development experience, challenging the status quo and inspiring teams towards a unified outcome
• Create clear goals and efficiently execute to ship products, delivering impact for our engineers and solving technical and operational problems
• Lead large, cross-functional groups to deliver on your team's mission, communicating concisely with engineering and product leadership, and influencing our technical strategy
• Develop the product roadmap, build consensus on prioritization, and drive product execution
• Define key success metrics and SLOs to track developer productivity and quality

Your Expertise:

To succeed in this role, you will have:

• 5+ years of experience building developer frameworks, tools, or infrastructure, with 8+ years of product management experience in those areas
• Passion for improving developer productivity, product quality, and automating/optimizing developer workflows
• Demonstrated empathy for key developer pain points and a track record of leadership in building products for developers
• Strong understanding of technical architecture and development process for distributed systems
• Experience managing multiple product team roadmaps to build cohesive developer ecosystems, platforms, and tools
• Proven ability to prioritize and pair bold product vision with execution
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to influence and drive strategy with a wide range of stakeholders
