As a Bilingual Call Center Information Specialist, you will be responsible for providing accurate and empathetic support to a diverse range of customers via telephone, email, and postal mail. Your expertise in behavioral health and superior customer relationship skills will enable you to navigate complex situations with ease and provide tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of each customer.

Job Overview

We're looking for a dynamic and culturally competent individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Remote Bilingual Call Center Information Specialist, you will:

  • Provide substance abuse and mental health information and resources to customers via multiple communication channels
  • Apply your knowledge of behavioral health to drive successful outcomes and support customers across the prevention, treatment, and recovery continuum
  • Utilize your superior customer relationship skills to build trust and rapport with customers, ensuring a positive and supportive experience
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve shared goals and objectives, driving continuous improvement and process enhancements

The pay rate for this role is $16.00 to $22.00 per hour, reflecting our commitment to attracting and retaining top talent.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Culturally competent and knowledgeable in health communications related to mental health, substance abuse prevention, intervention, and treatment
  • Proven experience working in a fast-paced call/contact center environment, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software products, including word processing and spreadsheet software
  • Demonstrated self-motivation, effective communication, organization, and process improvement skills
  • Excellent English and Spanish verbal and written communication skills; bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred but not required
