Remote Content Moderation Specialist - German Language

We're seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Content Moderation Specialist to join our team, working with a leading AI platform for businesses. As a Content Moderation Specialist, you will play a critical role in reviewing and moderating online content in German, ensuring compliance with our client's guidelines and maintaining a safe online environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and moderate online content in German, flagged by our system, to ensure compliance with client guidelines
• Apply analytical skills to discern different degrees of content compliance and identify potential loopholes or misflagged content
• Follow documented workflows and escalation matrices with a high degree of accuracy
• Provide comprehensive feedback and suggestions for process improvements

Requirements:

• Fluency in both English and German languages
• Previous experience in content moderation, with a strong understanding of online safety and compliance
• Detail-oriented and process-driven, with excellent analytical skills
• Comprehensive writing and reading skills in English
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong technical skills, with the ability to learn new tools and platforms
