Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding processes to attract top talent
• Employee Relations: Foster a positive work culture, resolve employee concerns, and promote collaboration
• HR Policies and Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and local employment laws
• Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems, including goal setting and feedback

• Compensation and Benefits: Oversee compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews and benefits administration

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in a large organization
• Strong understanding of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
