Job Summary: We're looking for a part-time Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to our recruiting team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining online job postings, ensuring accurate electronic job boards, gathering and reviewing viability of ministry and job fairs, reviewing candidate files, and preparing weekly recruiting reports. This is a part-time, remote position requiring 12-15 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain online job postings and ensure accurate electronic job boards
• Gather and review viability of ministry and job fairs to determine attendance
• Review candidate files for initial qualifications and proper fit to ministry
• Review candidate files for completion prior to presentation to Hiring Review Team
• Collaborate with HR and IT departments to ensure a smooth hiring process
• Prepare weekly recruiting reports and verify references
