Job Overview

In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, providing personalized support and guidance throughout the application process. You will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, preparing and delivering quotes, and cultivating strong relationships with clients, carriers, and team leaders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential clients to arrange appointments and provide personalized support
  • Prepare and deliver quotes with support from team leaders and insurance carriers
  • Assist clients throughout the application process to ensure a seamless experience
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and team leaders
  • Collaborate with mentors and team leaders to learn impactful sales techniques and stay up-to-date with industry developments
  • Monitor application progress toward approval, working in conjunction with clients and carriers
  • Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions for ongoing development and growth
  • Focus on selling while minimizing prospecting responsibilities, with a emphasis on providing exceptional customer service

Qualifications
