Remote Vendor Field Maintenance Representative

As a 100% remote role, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere in the United States, with periodic travel to Denver, CO required. In this position, you'll play a critical role in overseeing maintenance operations for our contracted vendors, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving success through strong relationships and effective communication.

• Providing maintenance oversight for contracted Class III, Class IV, and On Call maintenance stations
• Coordinating and reviewing aircraft contractor qualifications
• Performing random onsite reviews of maintenance station activities
• Collaborating with the Quality Assurance organization to address audit findings
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with business partners, airport operations, and other stakeholders

Requirements

• FAA certified Airframe & Powerplant ratings
• A320 series line maintenance experience
• Current Passport
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• A320 series fleet qualified
• Previous Vendor rep experience
• Currently holds a Manager, Supervisor, or Leadership position in Maintenance or Production Control
