We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Kindergarten Substitute Teacher to join our team at Our Lady of Hope School in Everett, WA. As a substitute teacher, you will play a vital role in providing a supportive and engaging learning environment for our kindergarten students. Key Responsibilities:

• Teach kindergarten classes, including one homeroom religion class, on an as-needed basis
• Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters academic risk-taking and mutual respect among students
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and staff to ensure a cohesive and effective educational experience
• Utilize differentiated instruction and assessment strategies to meet the unique needs of each student

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Practicing Catholic with a strong commitment to the mission and values of Our Lady of Hope School
• Degree or endorsement in elementary education, with related employment experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to collaborate and build positive relationships
• Proven ability to manage a classroom environment with positivity, patience, and creativity
• Strong organizational, planning, and curriculum mapping skills, with a focus on creating engaging and effective lesson plans
