Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop teams effectively by teaching, training, and actively listening to associates
• Drive financial performance and sales growth by reviewing and evaluating P&L statements, managing expenses, and developing action plans to mitigate shrink
• Provide exceptional customer service by following and demonstrating the One Best Way (OBW) service model and ensuring customer needs are successfully resolved
• Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates by hiring, training, and mentoring
• Coordinate, complete, and oversee job-related activities and assignments by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and support company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity

Requirements:

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience; OR 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Leadership
• Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership
• General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports
