We're seeking a talented and enthusiastic Resort Sales Associate to join our Disney Central team in Tampa, FL. As a Resort Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in creating a magical experience for our Guests before and during their Walt Disney World Resort vacation. Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize sales techniques to help Guests plan their dream vacations and create unforgettable experiences
• Provide world-class guest service, ensuring every interaction is personalized and engaging
• Work in a high-volume inbound contact center, navigating multiple computer applications and resolving conflicts with integrity and professionalism
• Collaborate with the team to achieve performance goals, including conversation rates, average handling time metrics, and sales targets

What We Offer:

• Competitive hourly rate of $18.00, with opportunities to earn performance incentives ranging from $2.50 to $7.50 per hour
• Paid mandatory training class to equip you with the skills and knowledge to succeed in your role
• Flexible scheduling, with operating hours from Sunday to Saturday, 6:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m.

Basic Qualifications:

• 1+ year of sales and service experience in a high-volume environment
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Adaptability, computer proficiency, and ability to navigate multiple applications
• High school diploma or equivalent required
