Job Overview: As a Retail Store Associate and Stocker, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, maintaining store operations, and driving sales growth. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and assisting customers to ensure the highest level of service
• Operating point-of-sale systems efficiently and accurately
• Driving customer loyalty program participation and processing rewards
• Participating in freight flow processes, including truck unloading, stocking, and merchandise recovery
• Maintaining store appearance, including light maintenance and cleaning duties
• Performing daily front-end maintenance tasks, such as check stand cleanliness and replenishment of merchandise and supplies
• Completing other tasks as assigned by Store Leadership, including cart retrieval, shrink control, and safety-related tasks

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age
• Strong customer service and communication skills required
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Prior retail experience preferred
• Previous experience operating a cash register preferred
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds required
• Basic English literacy and math skills required
