Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Director of Account Management to lead our existing Advertising Account Management Team, focusing on managing a team of Media Account Managers to deliver exceptional media campaigns for CPG, Alcohol brands, and Grocery Retailers. As a strategic leader, you will be responsible for designing and executing media campaigns that drive customer retention and revenue growth, leveraging your expertise in the digital media ecosystem and Swiftly's product solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Account Management Team to design effective media campaigns across on-site, off-site, email, and social media channels
  • Ensure team members are consistently trained on tools, systems, and communication processes to deliver flawless campaign executions and results
  • Establish clear roles and responsibilities across cross-functional departments, including customer account management, media planning, and media operations/buying
  • Define and track key performance metrics to successfully manage and deliver effective client campaigns
  • Collaborate with partners, including retailers and 3rd party media platforms, to establish standard operating procedures and optimize ways of working
  • Support the Ad Sales Team and clients to solve problems, identify revenue growth opportunities, and uncover new strategic business solutions
  • Present annual Account Management priorities and goals to Swiftly Management, Sales, and Strategic Clients/Partners
  • Deliver against KPIs associated with revenue growth, customer satisfaction, upselling new products/features, and customer retention

Requirements

  • Proven team management experience, with a strong track record of leadership and coaching
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving aptitude, with attention to detail and a results-driven approach
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience defining and measuring workflow processes, with a focus on continuous improvement and optimization
  • Strong understanding of the digital media ecosystem, including experience working with different digital media platforms and data providers
  • Ability to counsel customers on campaign effectiveness, optimization recommendations, and problem resolution strategies
  • Proven experience delivering effective media results for customers and retaining/growing customer revenue
