You will work closely with our Manager of the Digitally Managed portfolio, internal stakeholders, and external partners to deliver exceptional results and make a meaningful impact on our business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development and execution of strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
• Build and maintain strong relationships with digitally managed merchants, providing them with tailored solutions and support
• Analyze data and provide insights to inform business decisions and drive results
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver exceptional results
• Develop and maintain expertise in our merchant value proposition, communicating it effectively to our clients

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
• Experience in merchant management, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of driving business growth and customer satisfaction
• Analytical mindset, with the ability to analyze data and provide insights to inform business decisions
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
