We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Service Desk Analyst to join our team, providing top-notch technical support and ensuring seamless user experiences. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be the primary point of contact for associates and vendors, resolving technical issues and delivering exceptional customer service.

Job Summary:

In this full-time, remote role, you will provide Level 1 technical support, utilizing your excellent customer service skills and technical expertise to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently. You will interact with customers via telephone, email, chat, and one-on-one, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and providing timely and professional support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, exceeding customer expectations and driving positive results in Customer Experience
  • Utilize excellent troubleshooting and documentation skills to resolve technical issues and provide first-level support
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the next level of support, ensuring strong supporting documentation
  • Analyze the impact and urgency of customer issues, prioritizing accordingly and recommending procedure modifications or improvements
  • Demonstrate self-direction in meeting targets for performance metrics, achieving daily individual work goals and team monthly metrics
  • Preserve and grow your knowledge of Service Desk procedures, products, and services, staying up-to-date with industry developments

Requirements:

  • 6-12 months' experience in a Service Desk role and/or technical support role
  • 6-12 months' of customer service experience in a professional industry
  • High School Diploma or GED, with an Associate's Degree preferred in a related field
  • Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills, with excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with a strong work ethic and problem-solving skills
