Position Summary Contractor - Remote Work you'll do The services you will provide the Deloitte project team: Working closely with the Data Management team, cross-functional teams, and key stakeholders to ensure that data milestones are met, risks are managed, and outcomes align with organizational objectives. This position will provide essential support for two key efforts within the firm’s Skills Transformation: 1) data mapping alignment efforts, 2) stand-up and execution of skills data governance and education. Reporting to the Skills Data Management Lead and working with the skills taxonomist and project leads, this role will be responsible for coordination, tracking, and triage of data mapping outputs and questions in service to the effective management of data. This role will assist in identifying opportunities for education and decisioning through skills data governance processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule data alignment kick-offs and follow-up meetings focused on data and skills management with cross-functional team and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and schedule governance meetings focused on data alignment and skills management with cross-functional stakeholders as needed.
  • Maintain data alignment sprint calendar and coordinate across teams with shared objectives.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and documentation to support decision-making processes for data alignment subject matter advisors and/or skills governance.
  • Capture and distribute meeting minutes, action items, and follow-ups to ensure accountability and progress tracking.
  • Assist in triaging data alignment questions, governance topics, decisions, and policy updates related to data and skills.
  • Support the documentation and communication of data standards, skills taxonomies, definitions, and governance frameworks.
  • Collaborate with data and skills owners/stewards to gather input and triage to the appropriate governing bodies
  • Support the development and maintenance of data governance documentation and ensure alignment with organizational policies and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Self-starter who can work collaboratively with leaders at all levels and manage stakeholder engagement.
  • Demonstrated success supporting initiatives with large, complex data sets.
  • Track record of success in driving effective outcomes in a matrixed organization.
  • Demonstrated success supporting data governance, skills governance, or workforce management initiatives.
  • Demonstrated flexibility and ability to pivot quickly.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to facilitate meetings and document outcomes clearly.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Experience with PowerBI and data tools to support decision-making.
  • Experience with data strategy a plus.

The expected pay range for this contract assignment is $60 to $85 per hour. The exact pay rate will vary based on skills, experience, and location and will be determined by the third-party whose employees provide services to Deloitte. This is part time/20 hours a week.
