HR Analyst - Power BI (Remote)

Responsibilities

Kforce's Saint. Louis based client is seeking a remote, highly skilled and detail-oriented Power BI Consultant to revamp and modernize our client's HRIS data dashboard. The ideal candidate will be experienced in connecting and visualizing data from multiple systems, making strategic recommendations, and creating insightful dashboards that support both high-level and operational reporting needs. This is a fully remote, confidential role requiring a signed NDA. The consultant will collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver a dashboards that meets both existing needs and future scalability. Responsibilities:

  • Analyze the current HRIS data dashboard and make recommendations for current dashboard improvement or rebuilding from scratch
  • Design and implement dashboards using Power BI, with advanced data visualization and filtering capabilities
  • Connect and pull data from multiple systems including Paycor (HRIS), Qualtrics, Trilliant, Vet Bloom, Zendesk, iCIMS, and Acuity
  • Develop and automate a monthly reporting package and an additional dashboard with daily and weekly updates
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including another team member (Business Analyst) who will manage the dashboard, and a senior business partner
  • Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accessibility across all sources
  • Use advanced Excel skills for pre-processing, transformation, or automation where necessary
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive internal data

Additional Details

  • Hours: Flexible schedule; must be available for some collaborative calls
  • Workload: 40 hours per week (flexibility for less offered based on availability)
  • Remote: 100% remote
  • Timeline: Immediate start preferred

Requirements

  • Proven experience with Power BI (dashboards, Power BI Automate, uploading/downloading data)
  • Strong knowledge of building visuals and using complex filtering and access logic
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, automation)
  • Experience working with data from tools like Paycor, Qualtrics, Zendesk, etc. (direct experience not necessary, but must be able to work with the data)
  • Ability to work independently and make strategic technical recommendations
  • Comfortable working across systems and collaborating with internal stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Must be willing to sign an NDA

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
