Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and purpose-driven Grade Level 27 Product Owner to lead regulatory claims initiatives, ensuring our CSP Facets claims system remains compliant, efficient, and responsive in a rapidly evolving healthcare landscape. This role is central to translating complex regulatory requirements into actionable user stories and deliverables that drive real outcomes. The Product Owner will collaborate closely with Capability Managers, VSEs, Solution Architects, scrum teams, and health plan contacts to prioritize work, align stakeholders, and maintain focus on high-impact objectives. Responsibilities include managing the product backlog, leading Agile ceremonies, supporting user acceptance testing, and ensuring that technical solutions meet both regulatory standards and business goals. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst, with a strong understanding of healthcare claims and regulatory mandates. Proven success in Agile environments and familiarity with CSP Facets or similar claims platforms are essential. Candidates should possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, along with the ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, and experience with SQL and Visio is a plus. Preferred qualifications include a bachelors degree, experience with Medicaid and DSNP claims, Lean or Six Sigma certification, and a demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority in a matrixed organization.   • 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst
  • Familiarity with healthcare claims and regulatory mandates
  • Demonstrated success delivering software in Agile environments
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
