Overview

We are seeking passionate and dedicated Online Health Challenge Leaders to oversee and guide our Challenge Leaders Program in providing a safe, engaging, and enriching environment for potential clients. The ideal candidates will possess strong leadership skills, a love for working with people, and the ability to create a positive atmosphere that encourages learning and growth. This role is essential in ensuring that all activities run smoothly while helping potential clients learn more about Demlition Transformation’s training programs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of clients in daily health related activities and challenges.
• Plan, organize, and implement engaging activities that cater to the interests and developmental needs of clients.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants by maintaining a secure environment.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding progress and any concerns.
• Assist in training new clients on policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents, and program evaluations.
• Help prospect clients sign up for online training programs and earn commissions.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and client prospects.
• A creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging programs that stimulate learning.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.

Preferences

• 2 years of minimum Personal Training experience (online training a plus!)
• Bachelor's Degree
• Certifications related to your position
• CPR certified
• Personal Training Insurance
• Knowledge of Google Drive
• Fast learning with online applications (we use the Everfit app for our training programs and Ring4 applications for our communications) *optional tools, you can use your own as well!

The Demlition Transformation Standards Our standards are laid out very clearly. We help clients with their health and fitness goals. We do everything in our power to be health and fitness professionals. No client is left behind. Our main objective is to help everyone and anyone achieve their health and fitness goals. We do this by creating a positive atmosphere, having open and effective communication, providing professionalism, creating customized routines, laying out unlimited options and plans, and by being a results driven company.
