Information Protection Advisors- Hybrid

The job profile for this position is Information Protection Advisor, which is a Band 4 Contributor Career Track Role with Cigna-Evernorth Services Inc. Responsibilities-

• Support configuration of enterprise Identity & Access Management tools;
• Gather and document requirements for proposed enhancements;
• Diagnose technical problems and provide solutions to meet business needs;
• Develop solutions to implement new functionality and resolve application bugs;
• Perform unit-testing for quality control to ensure processes run as expected;
• Maintain in-house documentation for delivery to QA and Operations teams;
• Validate solutions through interactions with colleagues; and
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and problem elimination.
• Hybrid Work Schedule. Qualifications-
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in information technology management, computers or engineering;
• 3 years of experience in a related occupation;
• Experience reading and writing JS, HTML, and CSS;
• Experience reading and writing SQL queries;
• Experience working with Active Directory, LDAP, VB Scripting or PowerShell;
• Experience working with Linux commands and BASH shell scripts;
• Experience making REST API calls with tools such as Postman;
• Experience working in Agile environments;
• Experience working with Identity, Access, or Governance platforms;
• Experience using: Jira, XML, JSON, CSV, VB Scripting, PowerShell, Confluence, Service Now, and GIT. If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
