Bilingual Case Worker

Remote role Full-time Open position

About the position The Women's Building (TWB) is seeking a dedicated Bilingual Case Worker to join our team in San Francisco, CA. This full-time position offers a hybrid work environment, allowing for both on-site and remote work. The primary objective of this role is to provide case management and supportive services to minors who have been released from federal custody and are being reunited with caregivers or sponsors. The Case Worker will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of these children by conducting home visits, assessing placements, and connecting them with necessary community services. In this position, the Case Worker will perform ongoing case management, focusing on various domains such as placement issues, safety, education, health, mental health, legal proceedings, and independent living. The role requires thorough documentation in compliance with organizational policies and the application of social work best practices to assess the progress of the children and the services provided. Regular communication regarding any issues affecting the child's safety or stability is essential, as is participation in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance cultural competence and service provision.
