Here’s what we’ll ask of you:

• Be available for a minimum of seven (7) individual or couples therapy sessions per week
• Utilize measurement-based care resources (provided by us) to help clients track their progress
• Maintain up-to-date documentation, including treatment plans and progress notes, and complete insurance-related documentation as needed
• Engage in ongoing professional development, working toward certification in evidence-based models as applicable

To get started, you’ll need:

• A license to practice therapy (LPC-MHSP, LCSW, LMFT, Ph.D/PsyD, or equivalent) in Tennessee. Please note that we do not accept temporary or pre-licensed clinicians at this time.
• Passion for working with men, particularly in areas such as trauma, addiction, relationship issues, and depression.
• Access to a private, confidential space with a computer equipped with video capabilities and a stable internet connection of at least 10 Mbps upload and 25 Mbps download for telehealth sessions.
• Ability to work with men of diverse racial, cultural, and religious backgrounds, as well as men of varying sexual orientations and gender expressions.
• Commitment to ethical practice, following your specific Tennessee licensure board’s code of ethics.
• Certification or willingness to gain certification in evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
