Social Media Manager
At mesha, we’re building AI agents for the future of marketing. As a Social Media Manager, you will help build our brand online. You MUST:
- have experience with video editing and graphic design
- a deep understanding of Youtube shorts and how the algorithm works
- be the face of our reels and shorts
You will do:
- Create and post compelling content and copy across social media platforms like TikTok, Twitter, YouTube.
- Help develop and execute strategies across social media channels, including but not limited to contests, partnerships, interactive content, and content series.
- Engage with high frequency with our very active communities across social platforms to drive deeper passion, interest, and excitement
- Monitor trends in social media, and apply that knowledge to create viral content.
- Develop an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics.
- Brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer and social media campaigns.
- Keep up to date of emerging trends, technologies in social media.
- Organically grow social following across all channels to hit monthly/quarterly follower goals while maintaining high engagement.
- Own the social media content calendar and publishing cadence for social channels that align with brand marketing calendar, editorial, and cultural moments & trends.
- Provide data analysis and metric reporting
- You will be the voice of our company to our community and the voice of the community to our company.
You would be a great fit if you posses the following:
- Have a passion for content
- Excellent copywriting skills and ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
- Live and breathe social media with an always-on mentality; passionate user of digital technologies & knowledge of social media best practices.
- You have strong functional knowledge of key social media channels, including but not limited to: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn, and understand how best to use platforms to help amplify the company’s brand.
- Have a strong understanding of social media trends and are willing to interact online in real-time with influencers and trending topics
- Can operate independently without close supervision or day-to-day direction
- Think outside the box and can devise brilliant solutions to complex problems
- Have an exceptional ability to listen and connect with people
- Create clever and compelling social media captions, and your replies to followers are helpful and empathetic
- Have a high emotional intelligence and excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
- Love to create content for social media, and you are skilled at creating engaging video and graphic content
- Have a talent for writing copy for social media that is “pitch-perfect” using branded voice and tone

You should be:
- Can set and manage complex events, schedules, and calendars
- Experience creating content for social media accounts owned by a brand or business
- Experience working social media accounts and growing a social media presence
- Expertise publishing across all social channels
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and persuasively.
- Able to write short-form content, including twitter threads, Linkedin posts, copy, headlines, calls-to-action, etc.
- You have the proven ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks and switch priorities/focuses as needed.
- Excellent time-management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
- Deep understanding of social media trends
- Real-world experience building social accounts with high engagement
- A creative and visual thinker with a strong visual eye and a knack for creating and curating conversational, shareable content.
- Loves the challenge of keeping up with the latest social trends but adding a unique brand spin.
- Ability to create social media graphics and videos
