AI Community Manager, Product Led Growth (Remote)

AI Community Manager Full Remote of hybrid 2x a week in San Mateo, CA (your choice) 150k-200k base (may have some flex here if needed) + equity We just secured 47M in Series B funding! Position Overview We are seeking an experienced AI Community Manager to foster and engage our community of AI enthusiasts and professionals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a vibrant, supportive, and informative community that drives product-led growth and enhances user engagement with our AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement community engagement strategies to foster a sense of belonging among users.
• Manage communication across various platforms, including Slack, Discord, and Discourse.
• Organize online events, webinars, and discussions to enhance community interaction and knowledge sharing.
• Utilize Gainsight for member insights and analytics to improve community strategies.
• Respond to community inquiries and provide support on AI/ML topics, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align community feedback with product development.
• Analyze community engagement data using SQL and Alteryx to identify trends and optimize initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years experience in community management, in the AI or SaaS industries.
• Strong experience with PLG (Product Led Growth)
• Strong technical understanding of AI/ML concepts and technologies.
• Proficiency in community management tools such as Slack, Discord, and Discourse.
• Experience with customer success platforms like Gainsight.
• Familiarity with SQL and data analysis tools such as Alteryx.
• Demonstrated ability to drive product-led growth through community engagement.
