As such, we are looking for excellent cooperators; people who excel at building relationships, who are not afraid to challenge how things are done, and are able to drive consensus and guide people through every stage of the change journey, from idea to reality.About you:You’ll be an experienced Automation Process/Business Analyst who is business savvy and collaborative, someone who enjoys working with Business Sponsors, Project Managers, Product Owners, Architects, Technical BA & Engineers and other required stakeholders to plan and execute analysis activities to delivery valuable outcomes for the business.You will have the opportunity to work on a range of project and value stream outcomes on our UK Change portfolio, giving you broad exposure to how the UK business operates, from the front line through to the back office functions and the technology that supports our ability to deliver superb service to our customers. You will work closely with business units and IT teams to identify automation opportunities, implement solutions, and monitor performance to drive digital transformation.When not working from home, the role can be based in either Lisbon, York or Colchester.What you’ll… Apply To This Job
