Remote role Full-time Open position

About KiwiCo:

KiwiCo is an innovative eCommerce company dedicated to sparking creativity and curiosity in kids (and kids at heart!). Through both online and offline materials, we provide fun and engaging ways for kids to explore, create, and learn. Our primary offering is a subscription service where we deliver "whoa awesome," hands-on projects to kids. We also manage an e-commerce storefront and a content platform to inspire and educate. We take great pride and ownership in the products we build and in the community of parents and kids we serve.

Our office is located in Mountain View, CA within walking distance to the Caltrain station. This position follows a hybrid work schedule, with 3-4 office days per week (depending on your team) and the remainder of the week working remotely.

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines in dynamic, fast-paced environments. Skilled at assessing urgency and importance to ensure critical objectives are met without compromising quality.
  • Efficiently manage large budgets. Own strategy, management, measurement, testing, and execution of new digital campaigns.
  • Strong intuitions for audience targeting strategy using first-party, second-party, and third-party data.
  • Comfortable working with internal creative teams to ensure assets align with campaign goals and channel best practices.
  • Possess a clear understanding of each channel’s role in the customer journey and proactively advocate for analytics enhancements and digital product improvements to boost performance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proactively communicate industry trends, opportunities, and insights to peers, cross functional stakeholders and leadership.

Role Requirements:

We seek team players with an infectious positive energy and a get-it-done attitude. Candidates must thrive in ambiguity, love a rapid pace and have a strong desire to learn and improve.

  • Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Excel, Looker Studio, or SQL
