As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a critical role in driving the company’s growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers. Your main responsibility will be to turn leads into opportunities by effectively engaging with prospects and guiding them through the early stages of the sales funnel. You’ll work closely with the sales and marketing teams to generate new business opportunities, nurture leads and build strong relationships with prospective clients. What You'll Do:

Lead qualification:

  • Use established criteria to determine whether leads are a good fit for the company’s product or service
  • Pursue leads across various channels, activating campaigns through bots, social platforms, and other technologies
  • Gather relevant information about prospective clients' needs, challenges, and goals
  • Chase leads in different channels, activating campaigns using bots/ social etc. to push toward conversion

Lead Generation and Prospecting:

  • Research and identify potential customers through various channels, including LinkedIn, email, and phone
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified leads using CRM tools

Outreach and Engagement:

  • Conduct cold outreach via email, phone calls, and social media to engage prospective clients
  • Schedule discovery calls or demos for Account Executives (AEs)

Collaboration with Teams:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to align on campaigns and messaging
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoffs of qualified leads

CRM Management:

  • Keep detailed and accurate records of all interactions with leads in the company’s CRM system
  • Analyze outreach performance and report metrics to management

Continuous Learning:

  • Stay updated on the company’s product offerings, industry trends, and competitor activity
  • Participate in regular training sessions to improve skills and product knowledge

Requirements

What You’ll bring with you:

  • 1-3 years in a sales/SDR, customer service, or similar role (experience in a tech startup or SaaS company is a plus)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • A self-starter with a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoominfo, Sales Navigator) and sales engagement platforms
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required)
