New Client Acquisition Associate (Remote Opportunity)

Wealth Enhancement is an independent wealth management firm seeking a New Client Acquisition Associate to identify potential clients for financial advisors. The ideal candidate is a relationship builder with a passion for sales, offering a base salary plus variable compensation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience) in business; finance, economics or related
• Experience in Financial Services with outbound sales experience; proven track record of producing consistent sales results and exceeding goals
• Series 7 and 66 (or 63 & 65) preferred
• Ability to work as a team member; positive solution-focused attitude
• Strong phone presence and communication skills
• Knowledge of financial planning and advisory practices
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Support Org functionality
• Experience with Workday preferred
